We want customers to feel confident ordering from Petralis Health. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, an item must be:

• Unopened.
• Unused.
• In its original packaging.
• In resalable condition.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Because Petralis Health products are consumable wellness products, opened or used products cannot normally be returned for health and safety reasons.

Do not send a product back without first receiving return authorisation.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, leaking or different from what you ordered.

Include clear photographs of:

• The product.
• The packaging.
• The shipping label.

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally non-returnable:

• Opened or used consumable products.
• Products without original packaging.
• Items returned outside the return period.
• Gift cards.
• Final-sale or clearance items.
• Products damaged after delivery because of misuse or improper storage.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
